And if you wanna hear a higher quality version, check out my website.
In other news... I leave on Thursday for Kentucky. I'm soooo excited! Can't wait to get back into 14 hour days of music for 7 days. It'll be amazing. Definitely have lots of pictures and hopefully some video to post on Flickr and whatever else.
Being home is great. The feeling of few responsibilities is quite a relief from the past 10 months, I'll give you that. It's also been great to catch up on some gaming. :D In the past two weeks I've:
Beaten Zelda, tried WoW, tried two other MMOs, played through numerous NES and SNES games, almost completed Phoenix Wright (FANTASTIC game), working on finishing Cave Story, played some Dawn of War, and played Super Paper Mario with my mom on some random nights and purchased and started playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance to get my comic book fix. It's been fun. Also been reading some Hitchhiker's Guide... soooo fantastic. I love it.
Anyways, I'm out. Next time I see you, I'll probably have been to Kentucky and back again, so... have a good couple weeks, and... peace!
Next edition of my blog will also feature a video game rant ala this blog post which prompted me to think about why I game.
I'm FINALLY done!! After 10 freaking months, I am finally done with the 06-07 school year. I'm sooo incredibly stoked to be done and home and not have to worry about class every day. It's a great feeling that I've forgotten about almost completely.
Now, I get to enjoy myself, play some Dawn of War, Wii and of course, lots of guitar and just flat out have a good time. Jazz camp in about two weeks. I'm gonna make this summer kick ass, even if no one else is around to enjoy it.
So, I saw Asia last night. Excellent concert! Steve Howe still is the freakin' man, after 30+ years.
Ummm... yep. Peace!
My interview is on Monday at 11:30.
And anyone wanna take my music history exam for me tomorrow? That'd be great if you could.
And my amp just broke again, to... I'm kinda pissed.
That is all.
I FINALLY have it all updated and everything and my recital is on there... so go check it out and lemme know whatcha think.

I just got a job offer from a music school in the area. I'm filling out the application right now. Hopefully I'll get it. I believe it would start in August.
w00t!
Sitting here... thinking about how I'm going to avoid doing still more homework... contemplating playing Dawn of War for a bit to fix my problem. Just doing pretty much nothing.
I need to buy groceries, or risk paying for every meal I eat, and that's not a good thing.
I need to write an outline for my class, but it's not due until Thursday, so guess what I'm going to NOT do tonight.
I should stop reading forums and posting and actually do something productive, but I really don't want to right now. Hence why I'm writing here.
Yeah.
This had no point at all.
One, today is the 30th Anniversary of Star Wars.
Two, remember to carry a towel with you today in memory of Douglas Adams.
ZOMG! Yes, in fact I finally am updating my website. I'm trying to make it more simple to use certain parts of it, namely the photos and calendar portions of it. I'm also going to be uploading my recital that I did about a month ago, so like, look forward to downloading that. Yes. You must. CLICK!
In other news, I get to go home for the weekend! I'm excited about that. I'm also excited about possibly signing on with a couple buddies to get into a house off campus after I get back from Kentucky in July. I just have to sit down and see if it's remotely possible for me to make enough money to support myself. Hopefully I can, 'cause that'd be fantastical!
Peace,
Mike
Pretty impressive run, I think. Though some seem to think it's an emulated run, it looks pretty real to me.

In other news, it's the last week of my first summer semester. 'Tis brutal, but I get three and half days off at the end of the week, so that's pretty exciting. Yes, indeed.
Also, go buy Yes, it's nature films, but the shots on that are absolutely incredible. Well worth the money spent on the DVDs.
Until next time,
Mike
